Robben Appointed To The �� Group Board Of Directors

The �� Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Stacy Robben to The �� Group Board of Directors.

Robben, MHA, FSMPS, CPSM, LEED® AP, will serve The �� Group Board of Directors for a term through May 2028. The appointment became official at the Board Meeting on April 23 following approval by ��’s ESOP Trustee, GreatBanc Trust Company.

The appointment allows �� to continue benefiting from Robben’s perspective and counsel beyond her planned year-end retirement while further strengthening the Board of Directors with deep institutional knowledge and industry expertise.

She currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President for The �� Group.

“Stacy has made a significant impact on ��’s growth, brand and strategic direction in the past eight years,” said Dave Kievet, President and Chief Executive Officer of The �� Group. “She is an invaluable addition to the Board as �� continues to evolve. We are fortunate to retain her leadership and guidance in this new role.”

The Board of Directors provides governance and strategic oversight to support ��’s long-term success as a 100% employee-owned company. It is comprised of long-standing �� leaders and external industry experts who work closely with the Executive Team on strategy, risk management and ESOP stewardship.

In addition to her role on ��’s Board of Directors, Stacy serves on the Board of Directors for the Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve and on Advisory Boards for the Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Exposition and the Southern Illinois University Construction Leadership Institute.

The Daily Reporter’s 2026 Top Projects Awards recently recognized ��’s Charter Steel — Rolling Mill CCW Improvements project in Saukville, Wis., and Children’s Wisconsin Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) project in Milwaukee. These recognitions highlight the strength of collaboration, innovation and execution across complex environments.

The Charter Steel project delivered major infrastructure improvements in one of the most challenging settings possible: a fully operational steel mill. Improvements included modernizing critical systems without a single hour of downtime, a 1,423 SF addition for new filtration equipment, a 12,658 SF concrete drive and scale pit and comprehensive upgrades to the plant’s contact cooling water system. Working adjacent to active billet storage and live truck routes, the team relied heavily on advanced planning and technology to execute safely and efficiently. Additionally, nearly half the work was self-performed, including carpentry, steel and precast erection, rigging and a 600-cubic-yard concrete pour.

��’s work on Children’s Wisconsin Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) represents another example of delivering critical infrastructure under demanding conditions.

Serving as construction manager, the team completed the 28,090 SF expansion and renovation while the hospital remained fully operational. The project increased capacity from 32 to 44 beds, helping to meet growing patient needs without disrupting care. Construction began during the COVID-19 pandemic and unfolded amid additional challenges, including high patient census levels, supply chain disruptions and community impacts following the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy. The work took place within an existing hospital wing — above an inpatient unit and below active operating rooms — requiring precise phasing and daily coordination to maintain bed availability.

To navigate these complexities, the team used laser scanning, OpenSpace documentation and virtual design and construction tools to connect two buildings with differing floor elevations.

This success was the result of strong collaboration with project partners, including Kahler Slater and GRAEF, whose expertise helped to address unforeseen structural conditions uncovered during demolition.

These awards reflect more than project outcomes; they recognize the teams who plan, adapt and deliver under challenging conditions. From industrial modernization to healthcare expansion, both projects demonstrate ��’s commitment to thoughtful execution, safety and partnership.

Webb Promoted to Group Manager for ��’s Michigan Office

Michael Webb has been promoted to Group Manager for ��’s Detroit Office.

This newly established leadership role reflects ��’s commitment to growth in the region and delivering exceptional value to our clients and business partners. In this expanded position, Webb will lead the Michigan office and support strategic growth across the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio markets. This includes furthering the company’s position in the automotive and industrial sectors.

As Group Manager, Webb will provide strategic leadership, oversight and operational direction to advance the success of the Michigan office and key market sectors.

It requires grit, top-tier leadership and business acumen. Webb has more than 21 years of construction management experience, including four years at ��. Throughout his career, Webb has contributed to major initiatives for some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Toyota, Rivian, Stellantis and Gerdau Steel. His experience spans facility transformations, manufacturing expansions, complex equipment installations, technical upgrades, concrete programs and large-scale roofing replacements.

��’s Vice President and Operations Manager of Automotive and Industrial, Dan Schmidt adds, “Over the past few years, Mike has consistently demonstrated the tremendous value he brings to ��. Egan partners closely with leaders across The �� Group, ��, �� Real Estate, Calnin & Goss and Bildt to unify messaging, strengthen brand reputation and support growth while allowing each company the flexibility to express its unique strengths.

Prior to joining ��, Egan held brand leadership roles with a national healthcare organization and served in leadership positions at several advertising and branding agencies, supporting national, regional and local clients. He is active in the professional community as a member of the Marketing Executive Roundtable and has served numerous organizations through volunteer work, including United Way Fox Cities, Big Brothers Big Sisters East Central WI and the Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services shelter among others.

�� Expands Apprenticeship Program in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (April 30, 2026) — ��, in partnership with Construct My Future and Great Plains Technology Center, welcomed apprentices this semester to expand career opportunities for Oklahoma youth while addressing the construction industry’s labor shortage.

As highlighted by , the industry faced a labor shortage of approximately half a million workers in 2025. The challenge is further intensified by an aging workforce, with 41% of workers projected to retire by 2031. In response, �� is investing in long-term solutions that prepare the next generation of skilled professionals.

Catherine Myers is a senior at Moore High School who was introduced to �� through Construct My Future, a program that connects students’ coursework with hands-on experience in the construction industry to support career exploration and networking. This school year, Catherine contributed to the Mid-Del Technology Center’s LPN and health careers program renovation in Midwest City, Okla.

“During my internship at ��, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to experience the full lifecycle of a construction project,” said Myers. “Seeing the before, during and after of a site showed me just how much depth and detail goes into every build.”

Gabriel Sanchez is a student at Great Plains Technology Center and is working in the field with different trade specialists and the project team at ��. His work supports the construction of the Memorial Health of Tillman County Critical Access Hospital in Frederick, Okla.

“I came in as just a youth apprentice, not really knowing what I was doing or where I was headed, but this job has changed me a lot. I’ve learned more than I expected, and my boss has really helped me grow not just at work, but as a person,” said Sanchez. “I’ve learned how to stay focused, work hard and take pride in what I do. I’m not just here to get by; I actually want to stick with this, keep getting better, and one day turn it into something big.”

Chesley Graham, Gabriel’s employment advisor at the Great Plains Technology Center, added that this partnership marks the center’s first youth apprenticeship in its history.

“We couldn’t be prouder of Gabriel and the opportunity he has earned to gain firsthand experience in the construction industry. This apprenticeship allows him to expand upon the solid foundation built at the Great Plains, an experience that is truly invaluable. The relationships he is cultivating, from mentorship to lasting professional connections, will serve him for a lifetime. Gabriel holds the honor of being Great Plains’ very first youth apprentice, and it is our sincere hope that he paves the way for many more to follow,” Graham said.

Rural projects can also face more acutely. In response, ��’s community partnerships are helping build a stronger workforce pipeline through apprenticeships, particularly in communities outside the Oklahoma City metro area. By connecting young adults to hands-on training and skilled construction careers, these partnerships can help build a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals to deliver critical infrastructure projects across Oklahoma.

“This is part of our commitment to building and investing in people, not just projects,” said Tyler Bolt, construction operations manager at ��. “Through this mentorship, we hope to show students what the industry and work are really like, so they can hopefully find a place within it that suits them.”

The �� Youth Apprenticeship Program is designed with long-term growth in mind. Field apprentices have the opportunity to transfer hours to a union apprenticeship, while office apprentices can transition to a co-op or internship while they earn an undergraduate degree.

In this role, Turner is responsible for ensuring all subsidiaries maintain appropriate insurance coverage and effectively managing third-party relationships. Turner plays a critical role in advancing risk mitigation strategies, incident investigations and loss prevention efforts and negotiating insurance requirements. He is responsible for the evaluation, implementation and performance of the corporate insurance program and engages in strategic communication to solve problems in the company and customers’ best interest.

Turner has been with �� since 2022 and previously served as the Corporate Insurance Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.

OKLAHOMA CITY (April 2, 2026) — �� donated $10,000 to Moore Public Schools‘ (MPS) annual Moore Love campaign, marking its sixth consecutive year of partnership. The student-driven program unites MPS students, educators and businesses to raise funds for nonprofits serving the Moore community.

“These students are building a foundation of community engagement that will carry them through the rest of their lives,” said Tyler Bolt, Construction Operations Manager at ��. “We’re proud to partner with MPS to support organizations that create meaningful change across the state.”

This year, Moore Love will benefit four nonprofits:

Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, which provides weekend food backpacks for hundreds of elementary students who might otherwise go without meals.
Ally’s House, which provides financial assistance to Oklahoma families across the state who have a child with cancer.
Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children, which offers single mothers through career, parental, money and relationship services.
Bridges of Moore, which supports the building of housing for MPS students experiencing homelessness or unstable living conditions.

SAN FRANCISCO (March 31, 2026) – �� announces the appointment of Brooke Higman to Vice President of Regional Construction Operations for its California operations. In this expanded leadership role, Higman will oversee construction activities across the state, strengthening operational excellence and driving strategic growth.

A graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering, Higman has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including five years with ��. She joined �� as a Project Executive supporting the Sacramento team before advancing to the role of Operations Manager. In that capacity, she played a pivotal role in guiding project teams, establishing consistent operational processes and supporting the delivery of complex Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects across the region.

In her new role, Higman will work closely with the General Manager, Regional Safety leader and operational leadership teams to ensure all California projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with ��’s standard operating procedures. She also will help to shape regional operational strategy, develop and apply consistent performance metrics, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to support sustained regional growth.
